The Pearl Institute's Online Mentor Membership, OMM,  is a live, monthly mentorship container for clinicians, students and professionals engaged in — or thoughtfully exploring — psychedelic-informed practice.

Through structured masterclasses, supervision dialogue, and integration-based discussion, OMM offers an ethically grounded space for those committed to responsible growth in the evolving psychedelic field.

The Structure of OMM

OMM is a recurring monthly mentorship membership.

Each month includes:

• 1 Live Masterclass (60 minutes)
• 1 Live Group Supervision Session (60 minutes)
• 1 Live Integration / Internship Dialogue (60 minutes) 

All sessions are hosted live via Zoom and recorded for on-demand access inside the member portal.

Total: Three hours of live instruction monthly, plus archive access to 2026.
